1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SayStack ("the Service"), operated by Polsia, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using SayStack in any way, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using SayStack on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
2. Description of Service
SayStack is a content creation and scheduling platform that allows users to:
- Record voice memos and audio content
- Generate written and visual content using AI tools
- Schedule and auto-publish content to social media platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Manage, analyze, and engage with their social media presence
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
3. User Accounts
Registration. You must create an account to use SayStack. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@saystack.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old to use SayStack. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
One Account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, restrictions, or usage limits.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SayStack to:
- Post, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
- Spread misinformation, disinformation, or deliberately deceptive content
- Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated bots, scripts, or other means to access the Service in ways not permitted by these Terms
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. User Content
Your Ownership. You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or transmit through SayStack, including voice recordings, generated content, and social media posts ("User Content").
License to Us. By using SayStack, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
Your Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
AI-Generated Content. When you use SayStack's AI features to generate content, the output is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and platform policies before publishing.
6. Third-Party Platforms
SayStack integrates with third-party social media platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service and community guidelines.
We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party platforms. If a platform revokes API access or changes its policies, features relying on that integration may become unavailable.
By connecting your social accounts, you authorize SayStack to post content and access account data on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
SayStack and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Polsia, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The SayStack name, logo, and branding may not be used without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited license to use the Service as described herein.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
- Content published to social platforms will reach any particular audience or achieve any particular result
You use SayStack at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content you publish or its effects on your reputation, business, or social media accounts.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polsia, Inc. and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of SayStack.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
10. Termination
By You. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@saystack.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access to SayStack at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except where immediate action is required to protect the Service or other users.
Effect of Termination. Upon termination, we may delete your account data. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email.
Your continued use of SayStack after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
